Local 207's Filing was done in Maine and was very selective to not challenge the Biological Opinion needed for us to continue to harvest lobster. We have challenged the closure in zones C, D, and E under the Administrative Procedures Act as arbitrary and capricious. We still remain active interveners in the DC case and can put forth information on the BiOp.
