Maine's Second Congressional District Representative Jared Golden sent a letter to NOAA and BOEM along with fellow members of congress Jeff Van Drew and Chris Smith of NJ and Andy Harris of MD. (Please see the two letters below). Golden is requesting answers for impacts to North Atlantic Right Whales and their food source from offshore wind insulation. Representative Golden is an avid supporter of Maine's fishing industry.
