Monthly Non Active Fishing Dues- This is your unemployment stamp, that keeps you in good standing while you are not fishing, either for seasonal inshore fishermen or for those who break down, suffer injury or loss.   Please note if you are participating in the dividend or poundage based programs- if you have landings for the month that you want counted you must be "Active" for that month.  Please use the notes section to indicate which months you are Non Active
